Terms and Conditions

2. Services: We offer a range of photography services, including Lifestyle, Wedding, Event, and Studio Photography. Our skilled photographers are committed to delivering exceptional results that capture the essence of your special moments.
3. Location Selection: For lifestyle photoshoots, clients can choose from our list of recommended locations. List of locations can be discussed upon quotation request. Any location outside this list may incur additional fees. We aim to provide flexibility to meet your preferences while ensuring a captivating backdrop for your photos.
4. Traveling Expenses: A traveling expense applies to any photoshoot outside a 50-kilometre radius of Vredendal, Western Cape. The rate of this fee is currently R3.50 per kilometre and covers transportation costs and ensures our photographers can reach your chosen location promptly.
5. Additional Fees: Any location requested by the client that requires additional permits or incurs charges will be communicated, and these fees will be added to the total cost of the photoshoot.
6. Booking and Cancellation: To secure our services, a booking fee/deposit (50% of quoted price) is required. In the event of cancellation, this booking fee/deposit will only be refundable if the cancellation was made 2 (two) days prior to the booking date.
7. Privacy Policy and Compliance with POPPIA: We take your privacy seriously at Suné van Huyssteen Photography. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and safeguard your personal information. We adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), ensuring that your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and care.
